Cold Cream in a fancy diamond with flower and vine decoration. Pot lid Cosmetics Round lid with slight dome. Black on white. 56 mm diameter. 56 mm. 1880s
Very Good. Has a shallow 3 x 3 mm chip off the outside of the flange. Has another smaller flake almost directly opposite on the outer flange. Also a tiny little "blow hole" from manufacture on the outer black band at around 10 o'clock on the face. Discoloured crazing throughout the lid. From OL of Cold down the print is smudged. Unusual little Cold Cream lid. This lid does not come with a base. Grade: 7.85 Estimate: $30 - 40
