Smyth is Fair. Polished. Displays well but has a 14 x 5 mm chip inside the right lip with a 13 mm fracture down the front to the groove. Embossing has been protected, it is light but clear. Federal is Good. Does have a shallow 13 x 9 mm chip down the back top with a shallow smaller chip from this along the top of the lip. 7 x 3 mm bruise on the top part of the first E of Federal. General dullness, scratches and scuffs and a bit of pitting. Grade: N/A Estimate: $100 - 150
