Any person wishing to use the services of ABCR Auctions as a Seller, Bidder or Buyer must first register as a member. Registration is free. You may become a member by supplying all the requisite information to ABCR Auctions and you are required to accept these Terms & Conditions by clicking the “I have read and accept ABCR Auctions’ Terms & Conditions” checkbox during the registration process. Submitting a bid by any method constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. ABCR Auctions is a venue for registered members to sell or buy items and is not itself an auctioneer.
