Very Good. Some spots of stain discolouration and scuffs but generally very nice condition. Unusual item, originally we assumed this was a Scale plate but reviewing Victorian patent records the only reference found so far is: Patent No. 11522 to Valborg Emmilie Poppens of Meat Market Hotel, Victoria Street, North Melbourne for "Improvements in sanitary or commode pails and like receptacles, and in lids therefor." Grade: 7.8 Estimate: $30 - 40
