Good. Polished. Stain to inner neck. The polisher has prepared the bottle prior to polishing by grinding the surface between the rows of embossing, this has given the bottle a smooth appearance but there are obvious flatter spots where it has been overdone. I don't think this is to cover any chips or damage, it is just heavy handed, poor work. Around the base edge the bottom of the N is missing and around from this the base edge is ground back a bit further than it should be, so may have been a chip ground out here. Some fisheyes and scratches. Embossing is quite good, just a little rounded. I have made this sound worse than it is, it actually looks more than decent on the shelf.
