Base mark: Doulton / Lambeth / 8361 / Rd No. 4818. Spirits Whisky/Whiskey Salt Glaze, dark brown top, lighter brown body. White writing applied seals. Brown trade mark applied seal. 1 Quart and smaller than one quart. 176 & 164 mm. 1890s-1900s
1. Near Mint. Some crud around the shoulder. Some small and fine flakes and a little wear to the applied white writing seals, the trade mark looks great. Couple of very fine glaze hairlines travel a short distance up from the base. (9.0). 2. Good. Handle is fully restored. Scratch through glaze near the handle on the shoulder. Some scattered grime and some other scratches scattered around. This is different to the larger one as the writing is applied individually to the body rather than in a all encompassing seal for each section of writing. Interesting piece. (6.0).
